Hello there – allow me to wish you a very happy 2015!! I hope you had a great Christmas break and a wonderful New Year.
I’m pretty sure you’re as dazed as me at the fact that we’ve arrived in January already, but here we are.
Have you made any resolutions? I haven’t per se, but I don’t remember the last time I made any (and certainly don’t remember the last time I stuck to any) so instead I’ve drawn up a list of things I’d like to do and achieve by December 2015.
One of the things on said list is to ‘make’ more – make more things with my own fair hands from scratch, so I started the year as I mean to go on, with the colourful 2015 numbers above. It was a quick project using cardboard, scraps of ankara fabric and some glue (like I did here).
Every time I look at these numbers it will help to remind me of one of the things I should be doing. I also have some projects I want to get underway around my house, but we’ll talk about those soon.
